Does the basic hustler mini z come with the same decks that are available on the new fastrak, i.e., the 48 inch and 54 inch versus the 44 inch and 52 inch?
Will the hustler mini z give better traction and smoother ride than the fastrak? Any advantages of the mini-z over the fastrak?

No the Mini Z does not have the 48 and 54 inch decks at this time.
It is the same design, only difference is the width of cut, this deck has been out for many years.
The Mini Z will ride a bit better in some situations, it does have the larger tires and a wider stance.

Thanks mower consultant. Can I expect that the mini z will provide more traction going in and out of ditches, or in slick areas than the fastrak or is this not a consideration going to the mini-z over the fastrak?

The Mini Z does have a wider track and larger tires, so it would handle those situations a little better.
