Scag Turf Tiger STT52 Serial # 434 0160 w/Kawasaki FD661D 22.0
Turns over but will not start. I have checked all the safety switches and it is getting gas but no spark to the plugs. Tested all red wires with ignition off and getting no power. Is there anyway to check to igniter and if so how and would a bad igniter cause the problem.:dizzy:

Check for switched battery voltage (on position) on the yellow and white wire at the igniter plug, Yellow and white turns into orange and white at this plug connector.

If battery voltage is present then proceed to the igniter test below. Although it states to use a Kawi. meter only I have had good results with a standard meter, The readings may be slightly different but look for a drastic difference in readings.
Added the pulser coil test also.

This machine was sold on 05/30/200 according to the registration. Hhave your dealer print you the STT repair flowchart from the Scag website. This will lead you to a step-by step diagnosis of the electrical system. Sounds like your safety switches are good but there is a break in the wiring.
