I have a 36 min-z that I really like but the cut has been poor. I have been using the wavy blades which I have not been happy with. I do a lot of double cutting when cutting Centipede and st.augustine grass. I have tried everything to resolve this issue since I purchase the mower in 2006. I have changed out the belt; the dealer suggested that the tension on belt be placed on the last link of the chain. This did help a little but no much, I was wondering is there any other blades out there to fit the 36 in mower. I looked at some of previous postings but I was little confused on the blade types, also I have a mulching kit on this machine do they make the blow out kit for this model?

edrabuc I would first take off that mulch kit, that should make it blow out better. That Centipede is tough stuff, We have never put a blow out kit on a mini Z , but they do make one.

Here are the mulching blade options for your deck.
Mini-Fastrak/Mini Z 36 mulching - right blade only 794214
Mini-Fastrak/Mini Z 36 mulching - left blade only 794206
Mini-Fastrak/Mini Z 36 Gator 794222 Left blade
Mini-Fastrak/Mini Z 36 Gator 794230 Right blade

I have to find the blow out kit information, I cant seem to find it right now....
