OK OK, it's 1/3 mine, 1/3 my brother's, and 1/3 my dad's. We in on it together. Picking it up tomorrow morning, cause the guy wants cash instead of a check.

1988 17' Bass Tracker, 60HP Merc. Boat is in excellent condition:

No more fishing from shore, so maybe I can get something bigger than this little thing:)

Nice boat.
A buddy of mine has a boat just like that. We have caught many fish out of it.

I seen this show on CNN where they were in a boat like that and, basically, they were investigated a new kind of fish called a Chinese Carp (I think). But these fish jump right in the boat and they're huge.

You got fish like that where you are?

Looks like great fun.

It seems a the happiest days in a boat owners life is the day he buys it and the day he sells it.

Congratulations.

Kamikaze Carp! Those things are nuts. They jump at the sound of a motor on the water. I think there are some in the Missouri River. Never seen them myself, but have seen videos of them from friends.

I can see the truth in that.

Nice boat, do you do any Musky or Pike fishing? I used to go to Wisconsin every year to fish. We would have an entire lake to ourselves all day around there.

I have yes, only caught some smaller pike. The ESOX has eluded me and trust me I've tried:laugh:

I'll be giving it another shot this year for sure now that I don't have to grub a ride on someone else's boat:)

I was up in the Dells about a month ago and landed some walleye. No keepers though.

I hit Lake Wisconsin several times a year, there are some pretty nice Walleye and Sauger swimming around in there.

Were you in the Dells on a vacation? I haven't been up there in years, the place becomes such a damn tourist trap in the warm months.

Yeah, we used to have a summer home up there when I was a kid. When we moved down to KC we sold it but I still like coming up every year. Some friends and I come up to fish and golf. We sort of rotate every year between Milwaukee and the Dells.

It is getting out of control up there but depending on when you go it can still be fun without all the BS.
