Thanks Gary for the fast shipping got my new mower and this baby rocks. I mowed several of my families yards to try it out. A little weird at first, but easy to learn and great cut, very compact also.

You forgot to mention that sweet arse t-shirt that came along with your purchase. Although you are in the wrong Atlanta, that mower still looks good. :)

They look like great mowers, but could someone answer me why they would buy a mower that there is no dealer close by? If it has to be shipped to you so does parts, and everyone knows that downtime can be killer in this business.

Buy the service pack, $150, keep the small box in the truck. It has all you should need (in one year all I've used out of mine is the extra blades). Most shops work on Briggs and Kawi's, well mine does if they want my ZRT business.

They sell extra parts. I just got the most likely things that break along with the service pack.

But its often the stuff that no one thinks about that breaks and can lead to downtime. I just lean towards buying mowers from dealers close by.

I bought a Q36 Samurai at the beginning of June and so far, just love it!! I was leery of the dealer thing, too, but the machine seems fairly simple to deal with and I know of a couple people I could count on to service it if necessary. I know one thing, it sure beats the 21"...more guts, better cut, mulches like nobody's business!! I consistently deal with grass that grows like a banchee, and with the exception of slowing down a bit to give the thing a chance to chew all that volume of grass, that baby handles it with ease...very fews clumps. So far, no complaints!!
I just wish I could have gotten the pro pack half off...
