To cut it short..... New construction site ( all weeds and alot of bare spots)
The total area of the yard is 6,075 sq feet. The customer wants the whole yard leveled and all new top soil and seed put down. How much would i charge for a job like this? I did my own little estimate and it came out to around $3,700 including everything. Is this too low or is it too high?
* Alot of work has to be done including the movement of 40 yards of top soil and also prior to putting the top soil down the whole yard has to be leveled and also weeds all removed*
I was thinking to core aerate the whole yard and then put down weed killer on all the old grass and weeds and then start from there..
