I'm looking into buying a new set of foot wear, but i don't know what to get. I was just wearing an old pair of nike shox, but they're no good anymore. So i was wondering what you guys wore, and if you could show like a website or picture or something. Thank you

Rocky Alpha Force. They have zippers on the side and are waterproof. They were 80 bucks from Gander Mountain

This is what I wear, they are light, breathe easy so no sweaty feet at night, waterproof, and last forever. http://www.rockyboots.com/Products/details.aspx?productId=4587&lehighproductId=1600FQ0007370&PageNo=2&subCatId=126&CatId=124

I got my Pro8 Lawngrips at EXPO in Louisville last October. I use them most days on the job and even used them for snow removal last winter. They show no signs of wearing out yet. There is some wear on the heel which is normal for any shoe that I wear.

Anyone know if the LG's are true to size? I wear an 11.5 EEE boot, but can't remember what size of shoe.

I wear size 10½ shoes but size 11 fit best with the Pro8 Lawngrips.

You can find a great pair of steel toed/waterproof leather work boots at Academy for around $50.00 or so. Works great, and clean up is a snap.

I wear size 10½ shoes but size 11 fit best with the Pro8 Lawngrips.

Overall, they three pairs I tried on all ran true to size, also these shoes accomodate those with wider feet up to EEE

Taken from the Lawngrips site.
"How do I know what size to order?
LawnGrips are very true to size. Whatever size you normally wear in a dress or workboot should fit you. (Athletic shoes run smaller, so please don't use that as a guide.)

Half sizes:

* Men's size 7 through 11 also come in half sizes.
* Women's size are available in 6 - 10.5 whole and half sizes plus 11 and 12.

We buy from Gemplers. gempler.com?? Anyway, their prices are competetive, and they offer all kinds of footwear. We also buy black leather walking shoes at Shoe carnival (for spreading dry fert, aerating, etc). Heck....we even buy socks for the guys!
