I am looking for a pole pruner (chainsaw). I want quality, and length. Any suggestions?

Echo PPT-262.....up to 17 feet and has tried and proven straight 2 stroke engine....we use it and it is THE best tool we ever purchased. Don't want to have to ever get onto another latter.

Yeah, got knocked off a ladder yesterday. 17 feet shaft, or 17 feet from the ground?

Does that echo have a 17 foot shaft?
How much are they, ballpark?
Thanks,
Matthew

Hey, Matthew, I have both the Stihl and the Echo. The Echo extends further than the Stihl. Don't work from ladders ever. I don't remember the prices. The Echo does extend to about 19" I think, I am not sure though.
The Echo is the best. My opinion. kenny.

I bought the Echo PPT260 last year and love it.
$480
I bought an extra bar and several chains at the same time. I hate downtime.
