Something I was just sent, enjoy..............

"This picture is real - not doctored in any way - and was taken by a Transportation Supervisor for a company that delivers building materials for 84 Lumber. When he saw it in the parking lot of IHOP, he went to buy a camera to take pictures.

The car is still running, as can be witnessed by the exhaust.

The driver finally came back after the police were called, and was found crouched behind the rear of the car, attempting to cut the twine around the load! Luckily, the police stopped him and had the load removed.

The materials were loaded at Home Depot. Their store manager said they made the customer sign a waiver.

While the plywood and 2X4's are fairly obvious, what you can't see is the back seat, which contains 10 bags of concrete @ 80 lbs. each.

They estimated the load weight at 3000 lbs. Both back tires exploded, the wheels bent and the rear shocks were driven through the floorboard."

Iv'e seen that before, several times, and I still just kinda shake my head in awe that some people are really THAT STUPID! Partly you have to blame the home depot employees for even attempting something so obscene, but you know they all laughed about that, and still will, for years to come.

That pic is very fake. Theres no way that twine would hold that on there like that. Someone spent some time making this picture.

It's not doctored and has been proven.

The rims are the same size.......the rear tires are flat, giving the impression that the rims don't match.

I've read elsewhere that it was proven fake. I don't believe it is real, if you look at the roof line toward the rear, and at the flat shaped bottom of the load, you can see where the load would have had to have collapsed the roof to be where it is, yet the back windows are intact. I think the car was in fact overloaded, but the picture was then doctored to make it appear even more extreme than it is.

lol you see it all at HD i seen a brand new pathfinder with like 20 2x4s on the roof racks (no biggie) but he had a 8' trailer loaded with linear 2x10s going from the trailer into the hatch and resting on the rear bench seat...... i wonder how the first turn went
