I am just wondering what the best way to find the tonage needed to make a wall 2 1/2' by 25' and a wall 3 1/2' by 35' laying flat and stacking up? Will be using outcropping and will be about 6"x2'x4' roughly thanks.

You say "outcropping", I think "limestone".
Limestone is 170 pounds per cubic foot; I believe Eden says for an outcropping wall figure it at 165 pounds per foot.
You do the math.

Eden, now that is some pricey stone. Check with some of the larger excavating companies that sell the stone they get from big sites. Around here people are selling 12"-18"x3'-4'(varying sizes) for $75-$100 a stone. Stoneyards sell it by the pound though.
