Well established lawn service, well known in the industry LAWNS AND SNOW. Steady clients plus growing and more opportunities for a younger owner. I have no desire to expand into sprinklers, landscaping, etc., however the

I have been diagnosed with lung cancer and need to get out of this line of work. The stress of employees/clients is dragging me out more.

I have numerous 21", 32", 48", 52" walk behinds. EXMARKS, Snappers. I also have several early 1980's Ford Trucks-one dump truck, Early 1990's trucks, 2-12ft trailers, 1-16 ft trailer, 1 dump trailer, numerous snowplows, trimmers, edgers........hand tools, wrenches, grease,.........walk in and take over!

Complete inventory upon request.

The equipment is aged, but serviced daily. Grease is HIGH PRIORITY!

Client list--include commercial--condos, apartments, department stores, management companies, and private. 50/50 commercial/residential. I have not done any advertising and still continue to grow. OPPORTUNITY TO EXPAND BEYOND MY ABILITY.

This business has supported myself and family for many prosperous years! Income gross from $150,000-$350,000-DEPENDING ON OWNER ABILITIES---Following a NASTY DIVORCE--my finances got hit by a vindictive judge, she got everything except my ability to work hard to get back all that I lost (I WAS 60 when he took it all and sentenced me to work for another 12 years to support my YOUNG ex wife--YES THE JUDGE HATED ME OR REALLY LIKE MY EX) --too hard for me to survive and consider expansions. I am now 65 and now extremely ill. I JUST CAN'T do it anymore.

ENDLESS OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOU.

Inquires and offers welcome!

Sorry, I started to say that expansion to landscaping or sprinkler service is right there. We have clients that we subcontract this type of work for. They hire us, but we hire out. SO YOU COULD DO IT ALL and make more!

Also forgetting more stuff.......Western pick up sander....more trailers, tool boxes, chainsaws.

THE BLACK HILLS OF SOUTH DAKOTA--if you ever considered wanting to relocate, Rapid City is near Mt. Rushmore, Deadwood, Sturgis, etc. City expanding! Clean living away from HUGE CITY life.

FYI--the divorce stuff is settled, I settled out of court for a huge cash payment last year. The business is unaffected by it anymore.

INCOME POTENTIAL UNLIMITED. The name of my business IS WELL ESTABLISHED and CATCHY. WE ARE FULL for clients based on what I am willing to do right now. You could take it as far as you want.

Hey everyone, just a quick update! I am MOTIVATED to move this business, ASAP--preferably before the snow season! 5 snow plows + sanders to go also! Will consider splitting businesses if buyer is not interested in all ends of it.
