july grass seed

i was just wondering what u guys thought...is is to late to plat some seed...about 150-200 ft2...i have a customer who would like me to do it and i dont know if i should plant it or not b.c ive never really planted seed in the middle of the summer??thanks

Depends what type, C3 or C4, soil temps, irrigation availability, soil fertility and a bunch of other things.
You need to provide more info.
