get you a tripod at walmart for around 20 bucks, set it up and take about 25 digital photos without flash about 2 minutes apart from sundown to complete dark. The pictures look best when the sky is a dark, dark blue. congrats on the first job !

Hey Texanlawnandlandscape, what product do you install? Just curious, I saw you were looking for advice in recent posts and I am in the DFW area. If ever I can help, just let me know. Thanks

i have instaled claro lux ( not very good but decent) and kichler. i like it. did evening lights on my house, and like it. the wall wash lights seem a little cheap and flemsy, but i like the look of them. bout to fix an fx system. get this these idiots put 14 lights on a 300 watt transformer! and they wont come back to fix it! been 2 and a half years since it was installed, and theres suprizingly 3 lights working now. ha! good for me tho.

It is not the amount of fixtures you put on a transformer that matters. It is the sum of these fixture's watts that count. If all of these 14 fixtures were S8, 3155 lamps, for example, the total wattage load on this 300w transformer would only be 259 watts. Probably not the case, but I just wanted you to know that your transformer is not limited to any certain number of fixtures since you just getting started in this biz.

well i guess i really dont not like them. but their web site is very limited, and i didnt get te best customer service. i like to see the products on the web site, like FOLD. But their really not a bad company. the fixtures i got from them are still going great. i unfortunately used well lights, so im eventually going to be switching them out for wall washers. everyone was right about wells, their just horrible. my only competition here uses well lights, and it looks bad. Theu did a house next door to one of my landscapes, and im drawn directly to the grown instead of the object illuminated. they shouldnt even make well lights! ha!
