problem dealers can't fix

my super z has been at the dealer for over 2 weeks and the dealer i bought my machine from still can't fix the problem, they truely don't know what's wrong and they say tech support is no help as well. where do i go from here the machine is 3 years old with 700 hours on it?

I need more information, what is the problem you are having? who is the dealer?
I am not aware of any situations where we couldn't get a unit fixed.
