ive also seen and heard that grass and ver very few plants will grow around a walnut tree//? I WENT TO A NEW CLIENTS HOUSE AND SHE HAD A YARD FULL OF PERINALS SOME EVEN UNDER THE TREE AND PLENTY OF GRASS. WHATS UP WITH THIS?

Some grasses and plants are more tolerant of walnut trees. Also, the toxicity varies by species of walnut tree. A good clean-up program to remove leaves, branches and nuts will help also.
