We had a huge rain storm and I wasn't home to take the mowers in. The 3 21" honda mowers got water in them. I got two going, but the 3rd won't start and you can hear the water. What is the best thing to do.

Change all fluids, remove and clean/replace spark plug. Remove air filter and allow to dry completely. Good luck.

Drain all oil and fuel, refill (Enough to run engine) and put in fresh oil and fuel (add methonol or water remover to fuel) run until engine gets warm and drain both fluids again.

I don't see where one heavy rain forces you to drain all the fluids. Unless you had the oil filler and fuel cap off? Otherwise just drying off the coil wire should get it going. Like Bill said "where do you hear the water?"

Hmm -- I left our Honda's out many times. Yesterday, we had over 2 inches of rain, this morning, they started on the first pull. As long as the gas cap, dip stick and carburetor cover are on, I think it is close to impossible for water to get into the fluids.
