did this lawn for the first time today, its actually one of my old highschool teachers house, he usually does it with his lawn tractor, but he went away to Ireland for a few weeks, and asked if i'd mow it for him.

was mowed with our 60 inch lazer-z triton deck with striper kit.

looks very good. have you ever measured your stripes with a tape to see just how wide you are cutting. last year i thought i was doing good but i was only cutting about 50''-55'' per swipe this year i have been getting dead on 60'' with a 61'' deck

ummm havent ever measured but i know i use the whole deck, sometimes i use too much and leave alittle mowhawk of grass, so i just get it on the way back when i double cut it.

yeah thats what i have been doing to i was loosing alot of time trying to make sure i got every hair the first time

Does that guy play golf? nice large area for practicing.
Next time go diagonal. Stripes only an Exmark can do.

yeah next week i was gonna change the lines to go the length of the field, its a huge back yard to say the least, there is more yard to the left of the pics as well not shown, front yard is good size too, he def has a nice piece of property.

I do see a wiggle in you stripe though. Last pic, just below the left leg of swing set. oops

haha, it wasnt too bad, i just got in the middle of it and dieseled it over a few feet, lol and the wiggle was prolly from me getting off the mower and moving the dogs toys, toys, lol thanks guys.

Does Anybody Have A Stripe Kit On A Toro Z560 60"? I'm Curious To See How Well They Work. I Want To Get One But Want To Make Sure They Worth The $. I'd Like To See Pics If There Are Any Out There. Btw Those Stripes Look Great. Did That Stripe Kit Make A Big Difference On The Lazer?

Looks good, next week, dont go the length of the field (perpendicular to existing stripes) go from corner to corner. You will never get the "diagonal" or "diamond" look that way you will only see each set of stripes when you stand on that side of the field.

honestly i have no idea im assuming it did, i bought the kit when i got the mower new, so i have never mowed with it off, lol
