this is my 1st year cutting lawns. i've got 12 lawns and purchased a CC 760es 33" walk behind in April. after hitting a few small/med. branches a pulley got bent and it hasn't cut evenly since (in for service 4 times). the right side blade leaves a "mohawk" type cut, is it still the mower or operator error? service dept. told me that if i go back and forth across a lawn that it'll cut unevenly....
