I was wondering if anyone knew a way to keep caster wheels on commercial mowers from going flat? No matter what I do they always end up flat.

Carlisle Reliance are the way to go. They come standard on all Wright and Toro machines now...probably many other brands as well. Bobcat needs to get their but in gear on them.

My casters have been flat for years. I just leave them flat. The sidewalls are strong enough to support my mower, even without air in the tires.

Fill them with water....water doesn't leak as easily as air. If it does leak, you will have NO trouble finding the little jet of water speeming out! Whenever I have problems beading out a stubborn tire, I fill it with water.....smack the tread with a shop hammer....and voila...tire is beaded.....some people use starter fluid and a match....I don't play with FIRE...just water. If you don't like the water....just take out the valve core and hold the tire with the valve stem at the bottom and the water will evacuate.
