Monthly bed maintenance??

I am finally doing the landscape installs i always wanted to. All very high end. Now i want to offer maintenance services to those clients. Some clients i will offer mowing too, while other clients have such horrible lots i would not mow it for any amount of money.

The clients i do not want to mow, i would still like to hit them up with some kind of monthly 'bed maintenance charge".

Besides weeding and edging the beds, what could i do every month?

replace annuals as needed, keep mulch looking nice

Trim shrubs, dead head hydrangeas etc, cut back perennials when needed, limb up trees and cut off lower hanging branches, fertilize shrubs as needed, pull or spray weeds, plant seasonal color, rake out leaves pine cones/needles and other debris, fluff up or re-mulch once or twice a year applying Snapshot or other pre-emergent prior to mulching, edge with spade prior to mulching, control ivy and other ground covers from invading and climbing trees.
