Lift Kit

I was thinking about putting a 3' lift on my 02 f-150. Will that make a difference in how the truck tows. I was also thinking about putting aftermarket shocks on it. Any suggestions?

wont make a difference on towing. just fuel mileage. if you put a lift on, you need new shocks.
