Question for Pacific Northwest members

Once again I'm looking for help from the folks at lawnsite.
It's my first year in this business (part-time), but I've turned enough business away this year that I'm looking at doing this full-time next year. The thing is I'm planning to do alot of commercial bidding this time. When do you recommend I start hammering away at potential commercial accounts?
Once again, any help is appreciated, as I'd be lost without lawnsite.

First thing monday. Why wait. Pick the ones that look like jewels and send them a flyer or stop by and drop one off to the man in charge. Then follow up in a couple months and then in march.

I was looking for a ballpark time when most folks are submitted requests to bid. You're rights though, I should get started quick here.

They are doing the budget for next year at the large corporation my wife works at right now. So realisticly from now till the end of the year companies will be submitting qoutes for their budgets. I would start whatever you got now. I know I am.
