I.F.D. disease on pine

We call this disease I.F.D. due to the tree's condition. Also notice the name of the garbage company on the trash can - Chitty Garbage Service. I took this pic this afternoon in Ames (site of this Saturday's Straw Poll). Anybody else see "chitty" tree services out there? LOL (you can probably guess what I.F.D. stands for.......a little horticultural humor):waving:
