Here are some pics of what I believe to be tall fescue (KY-31) coming up in my bluegrass/rye/red fescue lawn. The lawn is two years old, before that it was pasture that we harleyraked. I am in southeast PA. Can you guys confirm or deny? There are a lot of these clumps and I want to make sure I know what I am dealing with. Thanks for any help and suggestions--Nate

Yep. That's it. Now, do you want to control it?

I sure would. There is a lot of it coming up. I think some blew in from my neighbors lawn when it was seeded. I know round-up would work, but is there anything else out there that would not hurt the blue/rye/fescue? Mow height is 3.5 inches. Thanks.

If you don't have a bunch of it (again, no pund intended) I would use Glyphosate. If you use a product like Corsair you are probably going to spot anyway and you will probably have to hit it more then once.
No matter what you use to kill it, you are going to have a bare spot, so why not use the cheap stuff that we know works great?
That's just my take. I have a bottle of Corsiar and have not used it yet!
