Choosing Subdivisions To Work In!

How do you guys decide which subdivisions to target!
Do you go by general appearance's of the homes and lawns?
Lower value homes and lawns verses more valuable homes and lawns?

right now i'm thinkin about targeting fescue neighborhoods so i have work for the winter.

does anyone think this is a good idea?

More valuable the better.

More of them have irrigated lawns, more of them have the $$$ to spend on complete landscape maintenance programs, and more of them want to keep up with the ritzy neighbors.

They are still cheap asses though.
