Overseeding HELP!

Ok i have two bags of lesco classic sunny turf. I'm pretty sure you guys have used that stuff.

I have to over seed about 19,000 sq ft
The bag says new seed 3-4 pounds cover 16,500 sq ft
Overseeding 2-3 pounds covers 25,000 sq ft

Now if I'm overseeding it twiceand the dealer said to overseed twice, at what rate do i use??
The dealer gave me two bags.

Do i use 3lbs or 1.5 Help! Help!!!

He's probably telling you to go one direction at 1/2 and then a cross pattern with the other half.
Not real sure why he gave you 2 bags unless you really need to have more than just an overseed rate. Not knowing exactly your situation, I would assume 2 lbs each direction.

go 3 lbs per 1000 ft. aerate, lime fert, water 3x-6x daily for 5 minutes a time if possible. good luck. dave g
