Cutting 4 acres as homeowner. Pretty much flat.

They both sound like pretty good deals to me. Since you'll only be cutting 4 acres I don't think you need the liquid cooled motor. I would go with the other one based on price, the fact that it has the z stand, and a bigger motor.
