Those pictures of that loader are amazing. Look at that view off the lake, looks like there is even a little bit of a hill on the other side which is a nice thing on an other wise flat state. You just gotta love Florida, I know I do.

where i live theres lot of hills, the property where this house WAS is 30 arces and looks out over a 50 arce lake, millon dollar houses around it. the shack was out of place.

kid, i do what ever people need me to do. the only way i do demo is if i can leave it on site, i wish i owned the cat but i don't i rent it whenever i need one, i did that demo and 3 lot clears that day, did all of it in 6 hrs

If you dont mind me asking, what do you charge for a demo like that? Do you do the demo and cleanup/hauling or just demo?

doetschoutdoor that job i charged $1200. the loader cost me 800. plus fuel about $50. so i made about $350. in about 3 hr. and all i did was the demo. and a few other thing (moved a couple of trees to the pile) the owner wanted to burn what was left of the house i didn't haul anything away

Thats what i was thinking, just burn the whole pile.
I'd do a job like that any day. Its fun wrecking stuff as long as you didn't build it or its worth anything.

Looks fun, but $1200, I dont know anything about this line of work, but that seems cheap. I would have thought atleast $4500.

I would have thought it would have been at least $1800 considering what the loader ran you. But still, $350 in 3 hours aint to shabby!
