Yes I rent it property taxes are too high down here to own somthing like that. Also seems to be safe every thing is locked and behind a fenced lot.

Nice shop! Wish I had (and could afford) something like that. My parents were looking at buying a POS house for a rental, but it had a very nice 24x24 Wick building there that they were gonna rent to me for a shop. Then they realized it would be stupid to pay $30k for that dump of a house that was like 2 square feet.

Further down south in Florida a 8x 10 would cost you 300 per month. Thats a HUGE difference! Congrats!

I just cleaned a bunch of junk out of there that was left over from the previous owner. I just found out that this building was the maintenance shop for our entire city back in the 70's, this is an old building, but its pretty deep as you can see in this pic, and my fullsize truck fits in it with extra room.
