I would like to get into aerating and fertilizing some time, but not anytime soon. I figured the best way was to start with my own yard. We have all Bermuda and I'm in Northeast Oklahoma. (Go Sooners!)

Anyway, I have some questions.

1. What order do these things go in, and when do I do them?

2. Aerating - Do I just push the thing over the yard once and presto? What else do I do if not?

2. Overseeding - What the heck is this, do I need it, and how do I do it?

3. Dethacthing - Do I need to, how do I check, when do I do it?

4. Fertilizing - What should I use? When do I do it? (My step-dad has been using TurfBuilder.)

5. Killing Crab grass.....How?

6. Is there anything else I need to do to have that perfect lawn??

If someone could answer these questions I would be extremely thankful.

If you type the words; aeration, crabgrass, over-seeding, etc. independently into the search feature these questions shall be answered.

If you still have questions, hopefully we can help.

He can go to my search page for Lawnsite and just click on the words he wants to search on. What could be easier?
