that is a nice unit, I imagine it would fit nice behind a 20 hp kubota tractor??
I would love to have it, but Ill try to convince my parents that they could use it on their farm and i could "rent" if from them:)
$1000 is a little high for me right now, although I am looking for a good tow behind, maybe a little smaller...

I will entertain offers.....but for a grand its a helluva deal

I have towed it behind a Polaris ranger before. but a 20 hp kubota would not break a sweat....

do doubt its a helluva deal:) How many acres can you aerate on a set of tines? Any clue?
How much weight (and what kind) do you use on it?

I have not repalced the tines in the 5 years Ive been at GU. I don't use any weight and can still get a 2" core in moist soil.

each tray of 2 aerating wheels will contour to the ground but I imagine a few cinder blocks or other dense material would do.

if I was going to keep the unit, i would add a second set of tines, and keep the current ones in place. each wheel can have up to 16 tines per wheel.
