I just got back from the local Ferris dealer and he said they are currently running 0% interest for 36 months on the 1500Z series....That is pretty good if you ask me. I think I may have to take advantage of that unless anyone else knows of a better financing option with any other company right now.

Where in Springfield is the Ferris dealer? I might like to try one out.

What's the interest after 36 months?

Home Depot around here have interest free for 6 months but if you're not paid up by then they back date charge you 28% lol.

Yeah 28%, a license to steal! You can get better rates from the dude working out of the trunk of his Caddilac in a dark aley!

Same dealer as the bad boy dealer! Good luck. Better take a good look at the whole picture before you go that route!

Vinton Supply just off of Kansas Expressway and Grand. Right next to the Price Cutter. They carry Snapper, Scag, and Ferris, mowers, and some Stihl hand held things (blowers, chainsaws, etc.....)

The gentleman I spoke with said the following:
"Ferris is currently offering 0% interest for 36 months, but only on the 1500Z series mower. So basically take how much you finance and divide by 36 and that's your payment."

I got the 1.9% financing on my 1500Z this year. $130 a month is very manageable.

Like was said, it's not a deferred interest thing.

You divide the price of the mower by 36 and that's your monthly payment.

Now IF you miss a payment or are late, I believe an interest rate kicks in then.

That's sort of crappy they're only offering it on their 1500, I know that in the Springtime Exmark runs the same promotion for any of their ZTRs.

SNAPPER 0 for 36 its the best you will find --- snapper will be one of the biggest names for commercial soon!

Mower is just as good as my exmark---

you can get a steel now 61 in 25 kawa for like 6500 plus tax

Yes, every last 0% deal I have ever seen always had that one catch:
You miss ONE payment and the interest kicks in and goes all the way back to day 1!
It's real nasty, that's how they get you, for a small business like mine I can't imagine the pain.

There's really only two ways to play it safe:
1) Automated bank withdrawals.
2) 3 or 4 big payments and be done with it before it runs out (this only works for 0% no payments)
