I do maintenance, plantings and construction but rarely have time to go out and check on maint. customers properties. Although I don't get many complaints I would like to show up once in a while to let them know I care about the job my crew does.

Anyone have a checklist or something that you leave in the mailbox?

Add a note in your billing to each customer, "If your happy with our work, Please tell a friend. If your not happy, please tell us so we can correct it."
