Which agencies regulate the green industry? The reason I ask is so that I can complete a term paper on regulations, which regulate how we all work.

OSHA is the big player on the safety side.

State labor department

Immigration control (forgot what they're real name is)

Don't know who chimes in on the environmental side, sorry

OSHA safety regulations

EPA for pesticide

DOT transportation of pesticides/equipment; MAZMAT

Dept of Labor re labor laws, workers comp

INS document alien workers

Dept. of Agriculture for the greenside of the industry now add all the state agencies that supervise the enforcement of the federal agencies listed above.

I'm sure others can name a few that I may have missed.

OSHA / ANSI / EPA / DEC (my area) / INS / IRS! / there are others, but I did not see IRS and ANSI in there-
