I am wondering where the good customer support I have heard about is at in Tennessee. I contacted the dealer nearest to me listed on the Excel homepage, they said they no longer carry the Hustler equipment. I was told to contact Tieco, also located here in TN. I e-mailed Tieco almost two weeks ago with no reply. I am interested in replacing a Scag walkbehind in the spring with the hustler, but I cannot do it without a dealer.
