2-4-D From 05, Still Good ?

I have a partial 2-1/2 gal jug left from 2005. Is it still good or should I get fresh product ? 2-4-D W/Amine

As long as it was out othe sun, and/or it didn't freeze. Granted, I've had 3 way freeze before, and it worked just fine.

I’ve had 2-4-D that froze and did not work. If you are doing a small area there isn’t much to loose other then some time. If a large area were involved I’d just get new and forget it.

sun is your worse enemy. I never worried about freezing as we don't get below freezing often and keep all chemicals in the garage. I have used 3 year old 2-4d that a customer gave me on my garden before planting and it still worked ok but not like new. If it is your own turf go for it if you can spare the time.

Just to follow up. Its been a couple of weeks now and it seems to be working pretty good. For product that is a least 2 years old and may have frozen I am surprised but it has worked well.
