I have customers who pay when the service is done and customers who want to be billed monthly. Dose any one charge extra for this to be done.
I'm saying for the paper you use, printer ink, stamps etc. Do you tell them there's a 2:00 charge for monthly billing?

no, i bill every customer monthly because it makes it easier for me to do paperwork. it costs maybe 1 dollar a month per customer so i figure it is worth it to make it easier for me to do paperwork.

If I could I would charge the one's who insist on payimg me every week. I would gladly spend $.41 for a stamp, and a few cents for an envelope and toner to not have to spend 5 minutes B.S.ing with everyone waiting for them to write a check or get cash.

2 minutes per lawn @15 lawns a day is an extra lawn to mow.

I agree...and Daddy Joe, don't worry about the cost of paper, you're losing far more by waiting for the check.
