hi,
I am a homeowner and need help from expert. My Shurbs and plants are turning yellow and shreding away leaves. Any idea how can i prvent it.

Sounds like a lack of water and fertilizer to me...what type of plants are they?

They are rose plants and Shrubs and emrald green plants. I water them regularly , so it souldn't be the issue.

it does sound like a drought/stress response. I know you said you water regularly, but are you giving them enough? plants do better with a slow deep feeding. I set my drip system to water for 2 hours, giving my plants 1-4 gallons of water each every other day during the hot summer months.
now i'm not in your zone but plants dropping leaves is a sign of stress. We had a warm up then more freezing weather this spring leaving some cherries without leaves this year!
