How to get good mulching while side-discharging?

I have a 52" Bunton WB with baffles under the deck, and I run double blades (high lift on bottom, Gators on top). I still get longer grass clippings mixed in with the mulched ones. Since the last baffle to the right is about a foot in from the edge of the deck, I suspect that the grass strip that is mowed along the right side doesn't get mulched, but is just thrown out the discharge chute as full length clippings.
Does anyone get complete mulching action, and still side-discharge?
How? Or what mower?

No. I do not think you can get complet mulching. Your set up should get close. The gators will help throw the clippings back up into the top of the deck to be cut again but the one nearest the chute will only recycle some of them.
