Yea my dad bought that quad when I was younger and I needed someone to ride with even though he never ended up riding it at all but my sister rode it a couple times. yea the YZ250's are real quick? Do you ride alot?

I'm so jealous. Here in CT theres like no where to ride at all I think theres 3 tracks in the whole state although they just opened this huge indoor track. The CRF250 is ok althought I bought it right when it first came out in 2004 which was a mistake buying a first year model bike I probably spent throughout the past 3 years over $5k in repairs and it still has some problems leaking radiator fluid but when its running good I love it I haven't ridden much except on the street lately I'm sick at wheelies so I have fun on the road but I might actually go to the track this weekend its been over a year though. The dealer I go to get all my mower supplies and trimmers and what not actually has a motocross section and I'm really friendly with everyone there so they want me to come to the track with them this weekend its sick I drive 5 minutes and I can get everything I need for both my mowers and my dirtbike.

Yea my dad takes his job real seriously, sometimes too seriously. He holds alot of responsibility I give him credit sometimes I wish he would get me some sand in the winter but he never does even though he could he never does anything he shouldn't he goes by the books on everything. Actually for one of the rest stops on the highway he just purchased a new Hustler Super Z I wanna try it but he won't let me do that eitherHe has a work vehicle but he would never take it anywhere outside of for work.

Yea the V-10 sucks on gas I want a diesel so bad. The truck only has 40k miles but I really can't see it lasting even to 100k. I don't know why I bought the truck really but when its clean it looks so nice and when I saw it at the dealer I was like I need that truck. I'll wash it one day and take a picture. But as I get more and more business I'm really realizing the more money you make the more money you have to spend. First month this year I made all this money then the credit card bill came over $2k and thats mostly gas. Yea I have the JD poster even though I don't own a John Deere lol I think it just looks cool my friend gave it to me

hell yeah sweet pics that old Ford looks like fun. tell us about the near death experience off road with it.

That old Ford is a beast. It sounds so nice with the exhaust on it but right now it hasn't been started in about 5-6 months and my parents break my balls about it every day because I take up 90% of the driveway and the garage. My mom just got a brand new car and she sometimes has to park it in the street so I'm gettin yelled at all the time they want me to sell the truck I really don't want to tho. Anyways, near death experience....

Me and 3 of my friends (yes 4 of us in the front seat of a reg. cab pickup) decided to go offroading at night. Well, first after getting stuck in a mudpit with a steep incline at the end because I left my hitch on and it is quite big as you see inthe picture and it bottomed out in the mud when going up the incline, btw we had to go up the incline because I went down it and no other way out. Finally I got myself out after flying through the mud and up the hill because I was gettin nervous. So there is a whoop section for the motocross track with railroad tracks on one side and a steep steep slope on the other side. The whoops were made out of 3/4 stone because it was right next to the railroad. I was going over the whoops at an advanced rate of speed in the truck when suddenly I started shifting over to the right where there was basically a drop off. I slammed on the brakes with one side on the steep downslope. At this point I am shitting my pants and one of my other friends that knew the situation we were in was getting nervous too. I got out to look around the truck and see the angle that I was at. I was nervous that when I gave it the gas my back end would slide down the slope and we would hit a tree and die. I put it in 4X4 and slowly gave it the gas and I got out of the situation. I should have told my friends to get out before I did this but we were stupid just incase the truck did slide down. The story was really alot scarier then that I just suck at telling stories.

I also bent one of the hitches I had on the truck when I tried climbing a dirtpile on pavement and the hitch bottomed out which stopped me from going upwards so I had to back down bent the hitch it was nuts.

Hahah I have been in those situations and in the end you learn a lot from mistakes. Haha i'll bet you had that truck packed with females out having fun. That reminds me of the time we got stuck in the back of a mental patients hospital. talk about sketchy. It was in the ghetto too!

Yea I got alot of memories in that truck I didn't even have it for a year yet because I've always been kinda careless with my trucks because I usually have 2 and I don't have to rely on one. I know it must be nice down there in FL but you miss out on the snow thats the best part.

mrusk, I know one of the bigger LCO's I was talkin to that just his monthly bills are over $20k...I don't know how you guys do it.

How do you like the Ferris walk behind?

LawnBoy89
09-19-2007, 08:56 PM
The Ferris is a great mower. I don't use it too much but it cuts really nice and rungs great. I've had it for almost 3 years now and I havent done anything to it except change the oil and the air filter. It's hard to handle on hills sometimes I think just because it's a belt drive, but other than that the mower is great and I have no complaints.

How do you like the grass catchers?

Why only 2g's for the Ford, it looks like it's worth more.

LawnBoy89
09-20-2007, 11:00 AM
The grass catchers are real nice there light and alot easier to carry than the original exmark ones. Also, as long as you dont smash them into stuff they should last forever unlike the exmark cloth ones which youll be lucky to get a season out of them.

I only got $2k for it because it had 135k miles on it and some lady smashed into the side of it and pushed me intoa stop sign so it had a nice size dent on one side. It's funny the women hit me and theres no mark on the truck she totaled her car out but yet the stop sign put a huge dent in it....boggles my mind....
