Fungicide

I'm new to this site and not very experienced in lawn care (but am hoping to be) and was hoping someone may lend some advice - I live in New York - have a crabgrass and fungus problem - I've been told to use Cleary 33 36 fungicide - as well as an application of miloranite orgranic fertilizer - does this sound right?

Fungicides are like any other lawn chemical, you have to identify the problem specifically then apply the proper fungicide. If you don't do this you may not cure the problem - and you may be breaking the law.
