Need commercial ls install agreement

I have this one townhome job I need to get done this fall and I need to present a contract this week. Do you all mind sending me what you all use for a ls and irrigation install agreement? I need a detailed one with grading information on how the gc is supposed to leave it, change orders with pricing and fee schedule. etc.

You haven't used contracts on jobs in the past? What is 'ls'? Landscape?

in reference to the question above, this is my first commercial landscape install. all of my other ls installs have been residential, where there are less troubles, and they are more of a hand shake agreement.
