How long will grass seed last stored properly. My boss got some old seed from the hardware store and I say its junk. Only about 25% is coming up.

It loses about 7% a year.

Yeah I finally got a look at the bags with the dates on the back. This crap goes from 02 back to 1997...:laugh:
