New Hustler Z burns grass

I noticed a couple of burned marks in the grass from where I parked my new Z and found out that if you leave it parked in the grass on the lowest idle that the exhaust blows down on the grass and will leave a burned spot. Not goodat all!!! We do sometimes have to get off the machine and should not have to worry about such things. Well ,,, lets see if Hustler will do something about this....even on the units that we have paid for already.

Are you sure its the exhaust?? I have a Walker and the heat from the engin will burn the grass while stoped to dump the hopper.

you could be correct on the engine, so I will test it this time to see where the grass burns and where the mower is actually sitting. I will post it after I find out.
