i have been reading posts about seeding and aerating and stuff of this sort. i am plaing on thatching this year and aerating and over sedding afterwards. how much should i charge for these services. i know what it will cost me for seed but how much to charge for the others??? any help is apprieciated.

Aeration and dethatching have been discussed in the threads of past too. I have seen quotes on Aeartions running anywhere from $10-$15/m and Dethatching/Power raking from $20-$45/m.

First off, why are you thatching? Only dethatch a lawn if you have a thatch problem. Aerating is a good service to provide each year around this time. It helps to relieve soil compaction, and also helps to break down thatch, as well as to help with water runoff, and serveral other issues.
** aeration, depends- anywhere from 2 - 4 times a lawn cutting, or by the sq foot.
** Dethatching is a big job if you have a thatch problem,
