Hi Lawnzzz, although I can't answer your question regarding gas/oil, here's a couple of things you can do which will make it easier for others to answer:

First, please avoid posting in all-capitals. (Caps are the keyboard equivalent of YELLING at everyone, and they are hard to read)

Second, please provide as much information as you can regarding the problem. In reading your post, I interpret your question as gas ending up down in the crankcase, possibly as a result of a problem with the carb - but I'm guessing.

To avoid  , the more info you can provide the better. Remember, all we have to go by is what you've written!

What is happening is the carb. needle/ seat is leaking a little and while the engine sets without running the fuel will flow through the carb into the cylinder and through the rings into the crankcase. Therefor making the oil very thin and getting up past the rings while running and showing up as blue smoke. Turning the fuel off like Paul said will fix the problem. Or you can try to install a new needle and seat.

Fix the carb and change the oil.

Changing the oil is very important - when it gets diluted with gasoline the lubricating properties of the oil are greatly reduced - causing a lot more engine wear.

Anytime you suspect that gas has gotten into the crankcase, it's cheap insurance to change that oil!
