Anyone use the Rotair brand air compressor. The one I am looking at is the portable 2 wheel unit...72 cfm @100psi. w/ 24hp Honda engine. I would like to put in in one of the service vans. It sells for about $650. Just wanted to see if anyone has used one of these.

Never heard of it..got a link? 72 cfm is not too bad, tho I prefer 125 to 190,
but for smaller systems, could be the answer..no jack knife problems either.
Honda engines are bulletproof.

They show the max @63cfm @86psi. w/20 hp. The one my dist. is selling is with 25 hp honda that they say is rated @ 72cfm @ 100psi.

I've seen similiar machines with the 25hp honda engine putting out 90 to 100 cfm.

I like the compact design. easy fit in truck or van.

Just a little pricey

I guess the question would be:

100 cfm at 100 psi
What is the cfm at 40 psi?

I wouldn't want to pound 100 psi all day.....

Hey Tony good to see ya.

I think at 40 psi you would have more cfm, although not a whole bunch more.

Am I correct it will fit in the back of a service truck or van? Two men to
load & offload? That is cool but pricey...up go the rates!:)

It's a tad bigger, kinda similar to the pic on the left in the link. Mine is a trailer type.

I bought one last year it works great we use it as extra on top of ones we rent. it fits in back of trucks and the guys really like how mobile it is no trailer
