What is the best way to figure price for verti-cutting a yard ?? Power raking ?? Weed/feed or seeding ???
Area vs. Time...... Little of both ? Average per sq.ft. $ for each in KC ??
Thanks !!

Multiply YOUR hourly rate by the amount of time you think it will take to be completed. Bang - your estimate. Then mabey next year or something you could figure a price per square foot and do it like that. Many ways of pricing it.

I'm seeing 10 to 15 dollars per 1k sq.ft. in other forums for this area. I think I'll go with that.

Verticut, seed and fert. The best way is to price per square foot. .06 per square foot is the going rate in your area or at least was 6 years ago.

Yeah I do. Along with perennials-planting/cutting back, thinning etc. I got into mowing cuz the gardening work really slows down in summer months.
