Yard prep pricing

Now I know this varies from different areas of the country..hopefully I can find a couple local guys...what are you charging for yard prep (harley raking) before seeding? I'm in the $.02-.03 / per sq ft range depending on the difficulty (average 1 acre lot) minimal vegetation.

sounds close maybe a little low do you do the hand work around the edges and haul off the debri?

Will usually add an hourly labor rate for the finishing touches around the house and sidewalk. Debri removal is extra.
