hey guys and gals little help please , around febuary i am going to be looking into a used commercial unit . deck size will be 36 to 48 in, which would yall personal opinion be the one to get . remember same size deck either way i go, and can one do something better or worse than the other . thanks for everyones honest opinion. karl:confused:

What is your typical property like? Large or small, hills or flat, lots of tight spots or wide open?
Different mowers are good for different things.
